We do not allow nudity on this website. If you post a photo showing nudity on your profile, it will be deleted before the public can see it. If that deletion is not a clear warning that it is not tolerated, we will contact you to remind you of our policies as a last warning. Any attempts after this may result in the termination of your account because, at that point, you are forcing our moderators to see photos they are not asking to see.

While we want you to be sincere about the fact that you have children in your profile, we also do not allow pictures of your children, even if the photo includes you in it. We understand you may want to show off your children or make it extra known that you have children; however, we want to limit any negative repercussions that can occur from posting these images.

You are only allowed to post pictures of yourself on your profile. We cannot verify that you have been permitted to include this other person in your profile, so to eliminate any issues, we forbid this action. Including another person can also confuse other users about who in the picture is you.

You must be honest and use pictures that are actually of you. If we verify that you are using an image that is not of you, your account may be terminated immediately.

While this will definitely be an option in the future, we need to spend more time coding this in the system. It is easy to make this site work for a binary system; unfortunately, adding new elements needs to allow the function for every user to define what he or she is attracted to. This means if a person is only attracted to women and not a transwoman, then that person should not be shown men or transfemales, and those people cannot see his or her profile. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope to resolve this soon.

Your profile must be fully completed before others can find you. The profile isn’t considered complete until you add at least one photo, have an attention seeker, and describe yourself in the “My Ad” section. All of this is located on the first page of the “Edit Profile” section. We also recommend filling out the sections of your Introduction and Personality to gather more interest. Fill out the “I Enjoy” section to advise of your interests. Lastly, fill out the “My Preferences” to show others what type of person you seek.

The answer is simple: we want to do everything possible to make the experience of this site a pain for scammers. The more we can do to force a scammer to do work to set up a profile, the more we hope it deters their actions. We try to ensure others can’t hack your site or steal your content. We prevent the ability to right-click on our site as one safeguard to prevent most people from downloading your pictures or information easily.

If someone steals your picture, it will display on that image, making it look suspicious to others it is sent to (i.e., the person is using it to catfish others). Try to make the picture look peculiar if cropped, as it will still make suspicions about why the person can’t take a typical picture.

We accept many different payment options. You can pay using debit or credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCP, and Union Pay. We accept payments through CashApp. Lastly, we have two ways to pay through cryptocurrency: You can use NowPayments to pay with most cryptocurrencies, or if you have a CoinBase Account, you can pay easily using any cryptocurrency in that account.

If you need to downgrade, please submit a request within 24 hours of purchase, as we follow the refund policy to make this change. If you meant to go with any level up, you can make that request within the first 30 days.

Unfortunately, it is against the policy of PayPal and the Venmo app to be used as payment for a dating website. This is probably due to many scam websites and fraudulent transactions on many dating sites.

You can request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase. Because this policy can easily be abused, you are offered one refund in six months and a maximum of two refunds in two years.

Once we receive your request, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process. The refund amount will be automatically credited to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. If you originally paid in cryptocurrency, we may contact you to ask for your wallet address so we can send the return.
