New Ad Campaign
I am starting an ad campaign for many areas of Minnesota in the United States this week. I am starting with such a specified area so that the first group of people introduced to this site all live near each other. I feel this will bring in the best formulation for success. These ads will be shown to singles on Facebook and Instagram to start and then next week I will expand to more social media networks.
Vietnamese and Russian Languages are coming soon!
I found translators for Vietnamese and Russian, and once I finish adding their work to each section, I will make it available to you. I also plan to create an ad campaign for Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as soon as I verify that it works well for people in Vietnam. Other languages will come soon, but it is costly to pay a translator to do multiple hours of work (especially when the profiles on this site are immense, and I need a person who will not use a translator and is not afraid to ask for clarification questions Incase I may use a word or phrase that would be unfamiliar).
The Server has been Upgraded
Our first server upgrade has been completed. Our previous server could not handle the expected traffic, which gave us poor performance and server errors on light traffic. We upgraded to the best speed performance on the current configuration of our hosting partner.
I used the phrase “first server upgrade” because we will migrate to a different server type in a month or two, as we need additional caching options for optimal performance. I will send out an alert when that happens so you are prepared for minor inconveniences. We will have downtime as we move the data.

Go ahead and create an account now. I recommend creating a free account while the user base is low and only switching to a paid account when you feel the need to. I promise to keep prices the same for the next year, so signing up for a paid service now will not save you anything. Once you notice a user you want to initiate a conversation with, consider upgrading at that time. Please be aware that I am still doing minor updates in the background, but this does not limit your ability to create an account or update your profile. We will have an ad campaign soon to start pulling in more users!
I’m sorry
I meant to have the site up and running, but then I ran into a snag when using PayPal as my payment processor. Well, I F’ed around and found out that I missed the Terms and Conditions stating I can’t use PayPal for a dating website. My mistake got my account with PayPal shut down permanently for life. They took no account that I had my account since 2003 (as a business account since 2013) or that I complete $1000 or more in monthly transactions (with 99% of all transactions making a payment to another business or person). They also cut my Venmo account permanently. They won’t let me know why they cut my account, but it is the only thing I could have violated in the Terms & Conditions. That all being said, we will be up very soon, before the end of this weekend. This experience reminded me to keep a human element in the businesses I create. Suppose you are ever banned from any site I build. In that case, I promise to explain precisely why the situation happened. You will get to voice your appeal, gaining proper due process and not a robotic disconnection.
Why don’t you make it a free site with no payments required and use advertising to make the money needed to run it? I hear you; however, a big issue that will happen with a free site is a site full of scammers. I made it so you can easily have a free site, but you can’t send the initial messages unless you are a premium member. Restricting initial messages won’t stop all scammers, but it will limit how much they annoy you. In the future, we will create a verification system to eliminate scammers.

Multiple Languages
To make this site available to all, we will offer multiple languages. I am sure you have noticed the language switcher (currently, we only provide English on the main pages).
First, we will work on adding Spanish, Portuguese, and French; however, we plan to offer many other languages, including Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and German (to name a few). Stay tuned to see this valuable site accessible to more of the world!
